To be honest I am not a fan of high-high heels.
We have all been there, your in the club, getting crunk, and thats when it hits. The Cinderella syndrome. I dunno what it is but as soon as that clock hand passes 12 then your feet are like, NOPE. The pain is HORRENDOUS. The straps become boa constrictors and the heel becomes a knife stabbing into you, (bit graphic but its the truth).

But.

B U T. 

I have found a pair of heels that have found the balance between height and comfort and style!

These bad boys are from Missguided and are the oriental-print-strappy-sandels

These mix coolness and comfort which is great for the clubbing nights!

Ah man have I been SICK trust me to get the flu during the summer. It sucks! I can just see all my pals doing fun things like going to the beach and I am just here like

ALRIGHTTTTTTTTTTTT.

When it comes to summer I always feel that my outfits and style go from 'fleekkkkkkkk' (I hate myself for genuinely using that word in a sentence) to floppy. It just gets to hot to function and style comes second to sweaty thighs. Gross. But I think I have found a nice outfit that is breathable in these sweaty times!

My car has broken down today :( Something has gone cray with the battery and now my green Ford KA baby (I am a student alright) has gone down. SAD TIMES AHEAD.

Clubbing or any time where you have to be fancy is a bit of  tricky one, the question 'am I to overdressed?" haunts me, the fear that I enter a room like 'BOOM baby' and everyone is in trainers.

Not nice.

But I feel that top and skirt can pass off as causal and dressed up! So this is what I wore when I had a mad one with meh squad last night,

Know what you are thinking, who goes out on a Thursday? Well Thursday night is student night in my town, CAN I GET A HOLLA FOR £1.50 VODKA COKE! So as usual we started by getting jugs at Spoon's (all the non-english people reading that sentence are like dafuck) and then made our way about the town! Great night but I am feeling it now, yucky.

Sunglasses. An essential in these sunny times. And those hungover times. And those I-CBA-to-do-my-makeup times. And as the last two are me 90% of the time, I have  a lot of sunglasses.

I have seven sunglasses (thats a lot for an English gal), all cheap, I am not about that expensive sunnie life. I am to clumsy! So here are my cheap- ass sunglasses!





I don't know the prices but honestly none of them would of been above £20, personal I feel a good place to get cool sunglasses for the cheap is Aliexpress. They have so many options for you to browse!

I AM A CHEAP ASS B*ITCH 

Ahhh festivals. There is nothing quite like waking up blinded by the sun in a £20 Argos tent. Dehydrated, confused and smelly, covered in beer/piss and partly deaf.... Some call that their personal hell but to me nothing beats it! I am a big festival-er I have been to two this year (Glastonbury and NASS) and I am looking to go to more during the summer!

The downside to festivals is getting ready. Testing out different looks in a 60 cm x 60 cm tent is an obvious no go, so I like to have my outfits ready prepared and one makeup look that I am going to rock the whole time there perfected. This way you also save on back pack space and anyone who has been to a festival KNOWS the struggles of carrying luggage!

So here is my makeup look that I prepared!

I edited the background to be like a typical U.K festival... I know I know I am sad.

So in case you can't really see I took the metallic vibe that has been going around and applied it to my look! I have; 

When I think of Pulp Fiction my mind automatically goes to white shirts. I am pretty sure that Quentin wasn't going for when he was making the classic 1994 film but thats all I think of! The white-shirt-black-capri-pant combo that Mia Wallace wears is iconic so I thought why not reinvent it for the modern day?!





Good LAWD I am loving messing around with photoshop lately and I kind wanted to give the photos a "film noir" vibe. I am very, very crap at it though. THOSE HARSH LINES LAWDDDDDDDDDDDD. Practise makes perfect though.

To modern-ise the outfit I have changed it around a little, I am wearing;

• Snazzy ripped jeans from Topshop 
• Classic white shirt from Zara (on sale at £7 FOCKING YAS)
• Booties from Primark

After what seems like an eternity, I am back to blogging! I have finished with my exams so now I can dedicate the whooooole summer to creating top quality posts *and banter*, are you excited!?

Now Primark is the place of bargains. We all know this. But what it has in terms of price, it lacks in style. Let's face it, Primark is like 96.4% crap. (Unless you have been looking for some killa' aztec print plimsoles for £2) but around once a month you strike gold and find what I like to call, The Golden Item... 

Ohhhhh so swanky....

Let me introduce my 'Golden Item' for July! A very swanky hand-bag and pom-pom accessory!
*I know that kind of means that they are 'Golden Item's' but ssshhhhhhh it ruins the aesthetic.*

So get your arty-farty appreciation glasses on (or grab a monocle if you are feeling particularly dapper) because here are some more arty shoots of my golden item.

I get quite oriental vibes from this bag, don't really know why (A* fashion reporting skills there).  I love the tassels, the snake skin*, the pompom URGH. I just can't right now. And you know what? This bag in total was £10.

I can't.

You can get half an ear ring for £10 in Topshop and in ol' Primak you can get a bitchin' bag! The bag itself was £7 and the pompom was £3 and Primark is the best.

So I suggest that you head down to Primark stat before all of these sell out!

*of course it is fake, as if Primark is using real snake skin. M8.
